This error occurs when Chronobis is not able to determine the URL for your Exchange folder under OWA.

This might occur if:

1) You are using Exchange / OWA 2007.

See Exchange 2007 Users thread.

2) Your OWA Server has a non-standard HTML template or Chronobis is unable to parse the HTML.

You can set the Override User URL setting in the configuration to attempt to bypass this error.
